COVID-19 - We're upping our game to keep you safe.
Due to COVID-19 (aka Novel Coronavirus) we wanted to let our customers - current and future - know that we are taking additional precautions when it comes to our hygiene protocol to ensure we maintain an even higher level of safe and clean equipment. For the foreseeable future and until COVID-19 is clear in our community, we will be changing our cleaning products from KOH Universal Cleaner to Viraclean (a hospital-grade, TGA Option B approved disinfectant utilising Benzalkonium chloride) and Zoono (purified, deionized water & an antimicrobial compound protecting the surface for up to 30 days!)
For our current and future customers: unless agreed with us prior, please ensure you leave our equipment turned on and INFLATED for our arrival to allow us the opportunity to correctly clean and disinfect before packing away. This is only expected to add a further 5-10 minutes to our packup process.
For all current outstanding bookings - should you wish to postpone your hire in light of the current global situation there are NO penalties to do so. We will hold your booking as a credit for an extended period of up to 24 months - please just reach out to us as soon as possible. We understand and appreciate the uncertainty that COVID-19 brings to families and their upcoming events which is why we are here to help.
