Unfortunately we do not offer holds on our castles for residential hires. If you are looking to hire a castle for a corporate, school or charity event, we understand there may be an approval process. Please make sure you get in touch for a quote, at which time, we can place a hold on your castle and date for 48 hours.
Prices differ based on size but start from $190.00 for 4 hour hire and vary depending on the size and type of jumping castle, delivery location, if you require extended packup and if you would like to add on severe weather insurance.
Our range of jumping castles allows hiring options for all age groups, budgets, and event sizes and our prices include delivery, set-up, pack-down (within operating hours) and removal of the jumping castles within the free delivery area.
For those suburbs that do not qualify for free delivery, an additional delivery charge is applied at checkout.
Any age! Our castle designs vary and depending on the climbing ability and height of the user, they simply have a maximum weight load.
We do however offer this guideline: our smaller jumping castles are suitable for children 0-6 years old, our medium castles are recommended for 4 + years old and our larger castles are suitable for all (one to two adults at a time please!)
Weight limits are to suit the average weight of each age group. It is suggested that the maximum weight limits are as follow, with a guide of no more than 8-10 users at one time for safe play purposes.
Small – 2-5 years, MAX 150kg
Medium – 5-10 years, MAX 200kg
Large – 10+ years, MAX 250kg
We also advise you use your common sense and do not allow more than 8 children on the castles at any time. This is for safe play purposes.
This is dependent on the site and unit being installed. If on grassed areas, our units are staked into the ground using heavy duty steel pegs and rope where required. In addition to this we can provide sandbags which are secured onto the castle using our anchor points and clips.
Our castles can be setup both indoors and outdoors depending on the size and space available.
At no time may a castle be setup underneath trees, power lines or structures unless a minimum of 1 metre clearance can be observed.
We require that the jumping castles are picked up by 5pm (outside of summer) and 6pm (in Summer) at the latest. Should you require the castle later than this, overnight hire will be required. If you would like to discuss an extended hire, please just get in touch to request a quote.
For our overnight hire rate, all surcharges are included in the displayed price. Overnight hires are to be collected by no later than midday the following day. If you require the castle for longer, an extended fee will apply and will be payable prior to installation. Units can be deflated overnight by turning off the blower but must be inflated at least 3 hours prior to collection to ensure adequate drying time due to overnight showers, morning dew and other. We will provide overnight instructions during your delivery and installation.

Once you finalise the payment via the cart checkout, an order confirmation and summary will be emailed to you. Should you require an invoice or payment is made via phone or banking, a copy of your invoice will be sent to the email address you provide.

If you require bank transfer opposed to online checkout via our payment methods, please let us know and an invoice will be sent through for payment. All payments for bookings must be received at least 7 days prior to your booking date to proceed.

Absolutely! We will require a canvas tarpaulin underneath the castle and use multiple sandbags that are secured to the jumping castle. In addition to this, we provide soft fall mats for use in front of the castle entry or slide exits.
Yes! We do not charge any extra to set up in a park, however, you may need to get permission from the park or centre to have a jumping castle at your event. We just require proof of permission or space booking prior to setup. In addition to this, if there is no power supply, you will be required to hire one of our generators at an additional cost.
After each booking, we blow down and vacuum the castle to remove any debris that may have tracked in from little feet and hands.
We *normally* use an eco-friendly solution that kills 99.99% of bacteria (bonus - its asthma and allergy friendly too!) to clean down the castle surfaces before packing away. For the foreseeable future we have changed to using both Viraclean and Zoono. You can read more about this here
Later, our castles are inflated, scrubbed down and dried thoroughly to maintain their sparkle and charm.
We take great care of our castles to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our customers. Should our castles arrive in a state that you are not completely satisfied with, we ask that you please let us know immediately to ensure we are able to rectify this.
