That’s right. With restrictions being lifted and people FINALLY being able to have small gatherings, we’re up and running :)

What's changed?

Cleaning

We have temporarily changed our cleaning products to now use mainly Viraclean®.

Why is this so important? Because its the first product in Australia with the new TGA approved disinfection label claim against the SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) virus. You can read more information here

We also follow up with a microbial surface sanitizer by Zoono.

All of our equipment is cleaned thoroughly before, during and after every setup and packup. This includes power leads, blowers, sandbag covers, the castle itself plus our mats. Literally everything is wiped down AND we use hand sanitzer REGULARLY! 

We've always held high standards of cleanliness and hygiene - COVID-19 has just meant we have taken things a step further to ensure your, and our, safety.

Social Distancing

While our deliveries are typically zero contact anyway, we'll continue to distance appropriately. Don't be offended if we take a few steps back while we run you through our rules or discuss power access!

We aim to avoid having to knock on your door so please keep your phone handy for text message updates on our arrival and feel free to give us a heads up on your preferred setup location access, power access and anything else you think we may need to know by replying to our confirmation email.

By purchasing our additional, non-refundable Castle Guarantee, if you need to change your date due to any reason other than weather (once per booking) or we deem it unsafe to proceed due to strong winds, heavy rains or storms, you will be entitled to a full credit to use within 12 months of booking date (minus the insurance amount).


Without this guarantee option, if you need to change your date due to any reason, this will be subject to our Cancellation Policy. Should we deem it unsafe to proceed due to strong winds, heavy rains or storms, you will be entitled to a 50% credit to use within 12 months of booking date.
