Policy Updates

We are updating our current policies to ensure we are in line with industry pricing and procedures. 

As a small business, we pride ourselves on our customer service and flexibility. We always strive to remain professional and aim to provide our customers with options and resolutions to their hires should illness, weather or exceptional circumstances affect their booking. These policy changes are designed to protect and ensure fairness to all of our customers, current and future, as well as us. 

All customers who have booked prior to 18.09.2019 will have our previous policies apply to their bookings. Any bookings received from 18.09.2019 will have our new policies apply as reflected in our updated Terms and Conditions and varied Policies throughout our website.
