COVID-19 - See you on the other side!
Due to further local developments with COVID-19, we feel we have a duty of care to all of our customers, their children and ourselves in doing our part in the community to reduce the risk of transmission.
Although we have taken extra precautions and stand by our extremely high standards of safety and hygiene, we believe our responsibility to you extends to reducing unnecessary social contact in homes and limiting children using our products as they are, essentially, an enclosed space. Is this overly cautious? Perhaps. But our duty to others during this global event means more to us than continuing to trade.
As of Monday 23rd March 2020, we made the difficult and devastating decision to temporarily close our doors. No new bookings will be taken until - at least - 30th May 2020. As the situation is constantly evolving, we will continue to review, monitor and follow Government advice as necessary.
As of Wednesday 25th March 2020, in light of the new restrictions imposed by our Prime Minister and with our responsibility to reduce any non-essential contact in the community, all bookings are cancelled until restrictions are lifted.
Bounce O Rama will remain closed until it is deemed safe to resume operations.
